JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning and undertaking routine and scheduled maintenance.
• Responding to breakdowns
• Diagnosing faults and timely remedial steps to prevent shutdown.
• Liasing with Equipment Agencies.
• Supervision of Technical staff.
• Ability to work within annual maintenance budget.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation related office and factory.
• Creating maintenance procedures.
• Study and recommend ways of reducing monthly Energy bills.

QUALIFICATION

• BSc. in Mechanical Engineering / Building services with 5 years post qualifying experience or NDT/HND (Mechanical Engineering)
• An ability to work well under pressure and without supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills
• People management skills
